How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SaikoTEC (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The laptop came 20 days before omsk. I advise everyone to buy, for this money it is impossible to find a better laptop. In witcher 3 on ultra with hairwork in full hd about 40 fps, great result. I did not like only that the ram is inserted with two 4 gb dies, although if you do not change the memory it is even good. In general, i recommend everyone to buy, the store is sociable.

The laptop came 22 days before mo. Most worried about the delivery, especially in the light of recent reviews that the store throws and does not send a laptop. Before buying, i contacted the seller, asked about the delivery, what i was told that there would be no problems. The seller kept the word. There were really no problems. Everything came safe and sound. I issued an order, the next day the goods were already sent out. The laptop for your money is just gorgeous. The declared characteristics correspond. All as in the description (the only one did not check the duchess screen). The only negative is autonomy. At full brightness of the battery lasts for 2 hours. But if you take into account the laptop as a game and the fact that it will constantly hang on the fork, then this minus can not be counted. As a gift, the seller put the mouse and mat. For which special thanks! And an additional overlay on the english (as written in one of the reviews). I do not know why it is needed, but let it be +) the seller many thanks and success in sales! I recommend

Bought with my brother as a gift to my father. Fortunately not by a specific date)) there was a problem with delivery, but the second attempt of the laptop came a little more than 2 weeks. Inside the ordinary box is a branded box with a lid on the ribbon, nothing wrinkled, even the box itself. The laptop is beautiful)) the characteristics correspond, the power plug is correct, not the adapter, the lining with the russian layout the store put as promised, windows is not preinstalled, but after the installation found a sewn license for home 10-nice. Connectors as promised: conveniently located, good that there is a usb 2.0 (old scanner via usb 3 does not want to work). Firewood rose themselves, but if the manufacturer even found a russian version of the site. As a gift gave the already mentioned silicone pad on the keyboard, even two: pure en and en + ru, as well as a mat and mouse, for which special thanks!

Excellent product! I couldn't be more happy! It arrived here in Brazil, but beware of the taxes... I paid 60% on top of the whole value. Check the Correios to pay the taxes to avoid returned packages. The Pentium G5420 CPU may lack multithread performance (bad for background tasks or video editing) is evenly paired with the GTX1650 and will allow you to run games at 1080p, but you are not going to use all the 144Hz with this GPU unless you lower the graphics. Excellent for competitive gaming. SSD reach 800MB/s writing! Installing Windows 10 via USB was a breeze and most of the drivers are installed automatically as soon as you connect into the internet, however you will need to install extra drivers to allow to use the multi finger gestures on the touchpad and you will need the Control Center to control the backlit keyboard and the cooling fans. You can find these drivers at ru,maibenben.cn. Contact store for more details. My only complain is lack of instructions manual.

The transport company wrapped the laptop back to the store. I had to cancel the order and make a new one. The seller promised to set the price as was the first attempt and kept the word. Burned only the coupon on 250r. Now the second "attempt" on the way, and for this already returned money. I understand the seller could not send in other way if the order is chosen "aliexpress shipping".
